Discover Project Active Dynamic Pilates
What to expect at Project Active Dynamic Pilates :
Our weekly classes are open to all UCL staff and students and are designed to be:
Beginner friendly (no experience is needed)
Low commitment
Inclusive and welcoming
A great place for making new friends
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly Project Active instructor who will check your ticket sent to your email. You will have a chance to have a quick chat and get to know other participants before beginning your class!
Class Description:
Dynamic Pilates is a higher tempo version of Pilates that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.
Go at your own pace, there is no judgement in our classes and remember all classes are beginner friendly. So have fun, try a new activity and enjoy meeting new UCL friends at Project Active.

All equipment will be provided at the class, please bring a water bottle with you.
What to wear:
Please wear whatever clothing you feel comfortable in!

All tickets are
non-refundable
unless there has been a class cancellation. Tickets
cannot
be transferred
Please note:
You may
not
be able to join the class if you are more than
10 minutes late
to the class, due to health and safety and disruptions. Please make sure you give adequate time to get to the venue.
