Discover a new way to relax, reflect, and express yourself at this Neurographic Art Workshop hosted by Yesense. Welcome Week can be overwhelming with so much to do and people to meet. In this guided Neurographics workshop, you will use flowing lines, shapes and colour to transform mental noise into a visual composition. The session offers space to slow down, focus on the present and see familiar thoughts differently. No drawing experience is needed. Just bring your creativity and enjoy an opportunity to unwind, connect with others, and focus on wellbeing. All materials will be provided and you can pop in and out whenever you want. These events are designed to create a lowkey, low pressure environment with more focus on fun activities😎 Our events will take place in the mornings, afternoons or early evenings with one-off or flexible drop-in formats. They will be non-drinking or light-drinking events where you can pop in for a workshop without worrying about having to meet new people if you don't want to. These sessions have been designed for small groups, or larger groups divided into smaller activity groups, and you will be sent clear information about location, duration, and all relevant practical details ahead of time.
