No prior experience is needed, and all abilities are welcome. What to bring: • Comfortable sports clothing • Trainers suitable for running on indoor hard court • A water bottle Come along to meet new people, get active, and see what makes Ultimate one of the most welcoming sports communities around. We look forward to seeing you there!
