Ever wanted to learn how to braid but never knew where to start? Join us for a 90-minute hands-on hair braiding workshop in collaboration with IVY WILD , exploring the techniques, traditions and stories behind Black hair. Working in pairs on mannequin heads , you’ll learn and practise the basics of braiding in a relaxed and supportive environment. Alongside the practical skills, we’ll explore the history and cultural significance of Black hair , and how braiding has carried identity, creativity, community and heritage across generations. Whether you’ve never held a comb or already know your way around a braid, everyone is welcome . All equipment will be provided. Spaces are limited, so don’t miss out!
