Class Description: Yin yoga is a super relaxing style of seated and lying postures with lots of props, held for a longer time for deep stretch and immersive meditation, to leave you feeling calm, clear-headed and limber. This style of yoga is designed to balance out the energised, active and often stressful aspects of life, by cultivating deep rest for the mind and stretch in the body. Yin can be challenging because it asks us to remain still, and to focus on the sensations of a long-held stretch, but you are invited to make it your own and find the right balance of comfort and challenge for you.
