Join us for our Padwork session! The session will start with some warm up (jogging & shadowboxing), followed by practicing combinations on pad with a partner. All you need is comfortable clothing to work out in, a bottle of water, and some enthusiasm! You will need a Standard Membership to purchase this ticket.
