A women's only boxing class for all levels. The session will be run by Freddie and Illia, it is not possible at this time to provide female coaches. This is the first session that we are running for women exclusively, after many requests, so any feedback on how the classes are run (and who they are run by) would be greatly appreciated. Our number one aim is to run a class for women to have fun and feel that they are in a comfortable environment to box. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
